Without having a copy of the data that will be hard to say. The IV00300 should have corresponding records in the IV10200, IV30300,IV30301 and possibly others. If you could document one item by putting data in a spreadsheet that would be helpful.

You will need to build this script yourself. It appears you have found the solution. Do you have access to someone who can build SQL scripts?

the issue that the quantity sold in table IV00300 showing the quantity on the deleted Invoice

i checked one new item with Lot ID option and the deleted invoice was the 1st invoice on this item on this site and i found on table level that column QTYSOLD is updated by the quantity was on the deleted Invoice.

i am updating this filed manually and run item reconcile and system update the quantity to correct values.

is there any SQL Script or option from inside GP to fix this issue.

I would try using Utilities->Inventory->Remove Transactions

You know the item number and hopefully the transaction number. Be careful with this utility as it will delete records.

The qtyonhnd is in the IV00102. This is what IV reconcile will adjust based on what inventory transactions it finds in IV10200 and IV30300.
