SQL error during RSO run

I have seen this error a couple of times on my RSO runs and can't seem to find the reason for it to occur. for this particular run it only happened once but I have had it occur previously for multiple requirements. Has anyone else seen this error and know what it is?

Sql error: SQL timeout expired. CRM ErrorCode: -2147204783 Sql ErrorCode: -2146232060 Sql Number: -2

Hello Michelle.

Is this Online or Onprem? If it's online, can you check how much storage is left on your tenant? this might be worth checking
