I used the following link

But I create Instance that show in link but service is not restart it shows following error

Check permission of Database as well as account mention for service.
It is super user so it has full access
Is there is another method to configure nav app ?
Please suggest method,blog or any kind of information
I canfigure app iPhone but it not works on android device. It show error like " sever connection time out error"
Try to start the service from services.msc, here you should get the exact error, else you could check the event log for the error.
