i have install the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 R2 on my computer....but when i launch the application it is showing the error messages....what is this mean....please suggest me. Please provide me the step by step procedure to start the Navision....

So your question is to have the Reference No. even if you don't enter in the entry form? If yes, then you can specify the Ref. No. in one of the setup tables (Eg. Sales & Receivables Setup) and call the setup table field when you are running the report.

how it will be possible...for example...if ref no is not inserted in purchase order form...then it will be showing blank in printout....

The Issue is very simple as NAV is unable to find the respective instance for it. If you are unable to find the Instance as well in the Administration section then I will recommend you to repair the Installation once again please.

yes, It is a demo version. In morning I download from the community center link and download it and then after extract the file and install it.
