Hi All,

In my company, we are planning to do Load testing in Dynamics AX 2012 R3 CU10. For this we are planning to use " Performance Benchmark Software Development Toolkit (SDK) for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012" for load testing.

Does anyone has any idea about it ? Has anyone used it ? What are the pron and cons of this ?

Regards

Its basically like running the SQL scripts to populate the dynaperf tables to create a ="benchmark"..(like 1 in the middle of the night, 1 in the middle of the day for example)..then when things are running slow you can run one of the other scripts to and compare to your benchmarks.......it will show things like longest running query etc....there are also quite a few reports (not AX) that you can deploy and use that make viewing much easier....basically you can also run after you change an index slightly to test to see if you impact performance positive or negativley
