I created a simple CJ with 3 tiles:
1-Landing Page
2-Mkt Email
3-Telephone
The CJ seems work good, and when a guy fill the landing page and s Contact record is created, immediately start a welcome email and a telephone activity record is created.
There are no trigger in the CJ.
The question is that the telephone activity is linked to a Model telephone activity.
In this model i set non value in the field Planning Type
In fact i don't want no Date fixed, no Date delayed. I expected that the scheduledend field in my record activity will be empty., Instead i see that the system set scheduledend=createdon
I don't want this. When i create a telephone activity in timeline, scheduledend field is empty usually

yes I tried to add a tile with a WF which create a telephone activity yet and I cheched that in that case the schedulend field is ok yet.
I ask myself which is the utility of a template telephone if the schedulend field is always set with date createdon.
Is useful only for a user who set date delyed or fixed.

Scheduledend field will always be populated if a phone call is created from template, it is by design.
If you want to keep the field empty, there are two solutions:
1. Instead of with phone call template, run on-demand workflow to create phone call, it is same as we create a phone call directly.
Test:
To make comparison, I added both template tile and workflow into customer journey.
Phone call 1 is created directly by form.
Phone call 2 is created by workflow.
Phone call 3 is created by template.
We can see that scheduledend field of the second record is empty.
2. For phone call which is created by template, its customer journey iteration field will be populated with the original customer journey.
(I added the field to the form manually.)
Therefore, you can also trigger a workflow on creation of phone call, if its customer journey iteration field contains data, then clear the scheduledend field.
