If an employee is blocked, NAV2013 is allowing time to be entered.
How can we notify the employee entering the time that the employee is blocked?

Generally, it has been done in order to allow to enter the past events in the time-sheet for the employee that is blocked (because there might be still needed entries for the blocked user). It is assumed that if the employee is blocked, it is because he is not working and thus he does not generate time-sheet entries.
Can you describe, what situation do you have that the employee is still working, generates entries but those would not need to be entered?
The customer has employees entering time and sometimes they may pick the wrong employee name and time ends up entering. The supervisor who is approving the time can always go back and unblock the employee as needed..??
