Export Report Dynamic Worksheet Refresh Issue

Hi all,

I'm running Dynamics 365 CRM v9 and have Outlook client CRM 2015 installed (it was the only one compatible) and Excel version 2003. When I export data from CRM to a dynamic worksheet and hit the "refresh" button, and the data is updated as expected. However, my colleagues followed the same steps and, for them, the spreadsheet returns a blank query, only with the first cell saying 'Script is disabled. Click Submit to continue.'

Alos, when they open the Outlook and try to connect to CRM, the following message appears: "There is a problem communicating with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server. The server might be unavailable..."

"Refresh from CRM" button never showed up.

Does anyone face this issue before?

I've already researched and found the following explanations, but none of them solved the issue:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/basics/export-excel-dynamic-worksheet?redirectedfrom=MSDN

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2556284/after-exporting-microsoft-dynamics-crm-dynamic-worksheets-and-or-dynam

https://community.dynamics.com/365/sales/b/innovatingoncrm/posts/dynamic-excel-worksheets-and-outlook-crm-client

Thank you!

    Hi,

There could be a few things which you need to look at here:

    a) The data exported from entities - The users who are not able to run do they have access to those entities same as yours?

    b) can a user have access to export to excel?

    c) Have you shared the data export view with the same users?

It seems like privileges issue to me instead of any application version etc.

    Regards

There is another thread under the same issue, try the solution by exporting as a static sheet, and see if this works with your colleagues.
