Business Central Extension Preview & App Submission to Marketplace Issues

I'm writing this here for an Issue i'm facing in App Preview after submitting Extension App to Microsoft MarketPlace. The Add-on is in preview mode but we are facing issues when we try to install app from App Preview.

Error Details: "The extension failed to be deployed successfully. View the error details for more information and then deploy again."

Error Summary: "Deployment failed. Errors: App ID : xxxxxxxxx-71ed-xxxxx-834b-7327fxxxx2ee Message : { The extension is not available for your release. Check the country and version availability in the extension marketplace. } - Job Id : xxxxxxxxx-71ed-xxxxx-834b-7327fxxxx2ee"

We spent 3+ months developing this specific Add-on and when it's time to publish it, the Marketplace support team response is very unprofessional. We opened support tickets couple of times but just got automated emails and no response yet from Support Team Lead assigned  as well. 

i'm writing here to GET opinion from community about who to contact and how we can escalate this issue as soon as possible.

    Hello Danyal,

     This app has not gone through our App Validation process. That is why the app cannot be installed to a Business Central tenant. All apps must go thru the Preview stage in Partner Center and then trying to install the app. All apps needs to pass all validations, get checked into Microsoft service, and then get published to Microsoft App Source.

    Personally I don't have any problems with the support team but I did not have any need to contact them recently. Maybe they are very busy at the moment? I do not know how long you are waiting for an answer?

    Looking at the issue you encountered: Guess the error message is correct because your app is not yet officialy published.

    When  you hit the install button in AppSource you will be redirected to your BC Cloud tenant but the App that you want to install is not available yet for the live environment because it is not released in AppSource? Otherwise you would be able to install an unapproved app in your production tenant.
