Hi HCM,
I think you are using the HRM module in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and not Dynamics 365 Human Resources which is a separate offering. The topics you are missing are added to Dynamics 365 HR; not in Dynamics 365 FinOps.

What exactly do you mean now with "integrate" here? Do you want to use both Dynamics 365 HR and Dynamics 365 FinOps? Or are you looking for an option to get the features available in FinOps?
Microsoft only released the new options Benefits Management and Leave and absence for Dynamics 365 HR.
There are some new features that you may need to enable. If you go to System Administration --> Feature Management check for Benefits Management. Once the feature is enabled you should get the new module.
