Solution Layers: How to Automate or Remove Active Solution Layers via Code

Hi All,

I am new to Dynamics 365 so apologies if this is a basic question.

I need to remove all active solution layers in Dynamics 365.  We have 30K components and before they are doing it manually, meaning they go through in the components individually.

Right now, what I do is using Solution Layer Removal in XRM Toolbox, I select a solution and load unmanaged components, go to Dynamics 365 and find the component then remove its active solution layer.  But it is a lot of work on our end.

Have any one of you tried or know how to do it automatically? How?

Thank you.

    Hi Katie,

Have you tried Unmanaged Active Layer Bulk Remover in XRM Toolbox?
