Trying to remove a Business Portal user but receive an empty dialogue box when clicking remove and can't recreate a user profile for the user. What are we doing wrong?

Hello Doreen,
Is anything showing in the Event Viewer logs or SharePoint logs, when you attempt to remove a user from Business Portal?
Are you logged on as a BP Administrator who is also a local administrator on the SharePoint/Business Portal server?
Most likely, we'll probably need to open a support case, as this issue is a bit more than we can normally handle through Forums.
