Where would I find documentation about the purpose and access provided by the various OOTB 'marketing' security roles?
For example, some users are unable to publish Real-Time segments. I'd rather reference documentation vs trial and error to figure out what role is appropriate
Good morning - could you expand on what the error message / script states?
Depending on what you're trying to achieve in your Journey, sometimes it's not the access to publishing the Journey that's causing the error, but other entities that are being utilised - or the users' access to Customer Voice for example if a survey is connected to the Journey.
Thanks. Helpful, although we're still seeing an error when users try to publish RT segments with the Marketing Professional role assigned... which seems to provide the same level of access for segments
