Binding Tables and Fields within Talent

Is it possible to connect Tables within Talent? For example If I open fixed compensation using the Data connector. I want to add Title and Name to the existing table. I know you can add an additional table, but how do I get the fields to sync when so when I filter the spreadsheet.
