I want to sync data between Business Central and Dynamics 365 Sales/Dataverse. It works fine with customers and vendors. They are all coupled without any failure.
If I go to the item-list and select an item, there is this error message:
It says: There is an error with the communication with Dataverse. Detailed description: OrganizationServiceFault
The problem is I can't couple or sync items !
Does anyone know a solution?

Do I need 2 users?
If yes, which permissions do they have and where do I use which user?
