In CRM 2011, we can assign Security Roles to "Forms" by click the button but I cannot find that button for View, I am wondering if I miss some configuration ?

You cannot assign a security role for a view. All System views you configure are visible to all CRM Users. The visibility of the views can be controlled through the Retrieve plugin. But, don't recommend that as it fires every time you load the page and could lead to performance issues.
Instead, you can configure personal views and assign it to specific users or teams.

It's not possible to assign a security role to a view.
You could create a personal view and then share it with certain users or a team which could create the same effect.
