Hi!
We have been using Dynamics 365 for about 6 months now, the only issue is we do not hold any order or product information in Dynamics. To get around this i have built a few Power BI reports & Dashboards to show all product and sales information. We have all Dynamics Clients linked up to a data warehouse where they are linked to our sales tables using a customer ID.
I was hopping to embed the BI reports or dahsboards into the accounts entity using the customer ID. Is this possible and does anyone know where any guides or anything of use would be? I have been able to create new dahsboard with the power bi reports, but was hoping to get them directly into the account entities.
