    Act as administrator of the system. I would like just to know the extent of the privileges granted to that person.

    Hi NinaR,

    An admin in system has all the rights in AX 2009. You can check this document regarding AX 2009 security.

    System administrator bypasses all security in AX so they can access everything within the system.

    + one important feature: only sysadmin can get access to AOT, there is no dedicated developer role
