XRM toolbox and MFA

I'm assuming the problem is MFA. I can't connect through any connector.  I upgraded to the latest version, and my connections don't work.

I've deleted existing connections through appdata/roaming, etc., this doesn';t help.

OAuth, not working.

It recognizes that I'm logged in with an existing account, but then says it can't connect.

    Hi,

I was having similar issue recently post update. So i create connection in following way nowadays.

    1. Click Connect button on top

    2. Click New

    3. Click Microsoft Login Control

    4. Click "Open Microsoft Login Control"

    5. Select Office 365 and shown checkboxes, enter your credentials, Login & select environment.

Once the connection is created, go from Connect option and select the required connection.

This method is working so far.

I updated my XRM toolbox with the latest version today (v1.2024.9.69) and it fixed all the connections that the prior update had broken.

    Hello User,

Please follow till step no 5..what Sachin has suggested then only select 2nd check box which is "Display List Of Available Organisation". Then click on login and it will open a login page.

Login with your credentials it will show lost of organisation where you have access. Then select your required organisation and save the connection.
