Hi Dalita,
If you want to list the field in the contact mapping, you need to make sure that the field is in the contact entity.
Contact mapping:Choose the contact field to map to this marketing-form field.
In your screenshot, two fields are both in the case entity:
You need create fields in the contact entity:
Then you can view it in contact mapping:
Yes, this answers my question. Thank you. The only oddity is that the Vehicle Make is not in the Contact Entity but in the Case Entity, but it did show in the mapping. That is why I was confused. Thank you. Now I do understand what i need to do.
It is possible that there is a field with the same name on the contact entity.
