Sharepoint 2010 Integration with NAV 2013 Install error (Unable to Find W3SVC)

While installing NAV 2013 portal framework, I get to two error(Unable to Find W3SVC), and the installation fails.

SharePoint 2010 Foundation( all-in-one install)

Nav 2013 R2 ( two servers)

Running Portal.msi from Nav 2013 media(Nav 2013 R2- Portal framework is missing)

    Hi Tam

    To solve this problem you must enable IIS 6 Management Compatibility role services by following the steps below:

    Go to Administrative Tools à Server Manager

    Select “Roles” and under “Web Server (IIS)” select “Add Role Services”

    On the “Select Role Services” window, check the box next to “IIS 6 Management Compatibility”. Make sure you checked all four options below it.

    The SP Portal Framework of NAV 2013  is deprecated with the release of NAV 2013 R2. The SP Portal Framework doesn't work with NAV 2013 R2.

    Where did you find the information that SP Portal FrameWork of Nav 2013 is deprecated with NAV 2013 R2 ?
