Hi, I operate a small business and was looking to build some email templates.  It "looks" like it's built into the former "Marketing" piece of D365, now Customer Insights.  Do I need to purchase a $1K/month license to get this?
 
I currently have a $65/month or so license for D365 Sales Professional.
 
Any insight is appreciated.
