Cannot cancel the remaining quantity of the transfer order

Hi,

I have a scenario for the inventory transfer order where the remaining quantity cannot be cancelled. The AX error shows the following message:

"The quantity cannot be reduced. The number of inventory transactions on order is too low because the quantity or part of it is referred by an output order or a production order or is marked against other transactions."

Is there any way to cancel the transfer order with remaining quantity in AX 2012 R3.

    Hi D_Meethu,

Probably there is a reservation against the pending quantity. Also it is possible that an output order was created. You have to check this.

    Hi Andre,

Any documentation that I can go through for the same or webpage to look for.

Sorry for so many question, I still new to AX.

Try clicking the inventory > reservations and try undeserving it.
