Hi,
We're just beginning to look at using D365 for Marketing internally, and I've done much of the initial configuration with ease thus far. I'm building out Customer Journeys, and I want to schedule some marketing emails to be sent. When I select new and am taken to the email template page, there are no templates available, and the search says, "no items found." Any ideas where I can get these free templates, and how I reload them?
Thank you!

Hi!
We do have a fully licenced version and we have been using Dynamics CRM already a long time. So only new module is that D365 for Marketing - which is also properly licenced.
Hi Katri,
That is the Dynamics 365 version, I am wondering if you downloaded and installed a trial version of Dynamics 365 for Marketing or do you have a licensed version of Dynamics 365 for Marketing integrated with one of you Dynamics 365 CE instances?
Thanks,
Megan
D365 Online version 1710 (9.1.0.22) so this should be the newest version before April '19 release if I'm correct.
Hi Katri,
Are you running a paid license instance or a trial?
Thanks,
Megan
I'm interested in a solution for this too.
Update- Megan,
I was able to update the portal, but that did not offer any change to the marketing email templates.
Hi Megan,
If the FRE is referring to the portal setup mentioned in the docs article, yes, I did that upon initial setup. I went to the Marketing application to manage the install, but there is no option to do an update.
When you installed the Marketing solution, did you run the First Run Experience (FRE) from the Applications tab in the Dynamics Admin Center as described here? If you have run the FRE, can you please go back and validate that there is no option to run it again or do an update? If there is, then the install isn't complete and you'll need to run it again.
