RE: Event team member roles - Producer?

The roles of the Event Team Members are defined in the Role field (msevtmgt_role).
The data type of the field is Option Set. And the options can be edit according to your own request. The field is not related to any other entity.
In other words, the options in this field are just code names and are not associated with specific different capabilities.
So Producer is not set by changing the value of this option.
A producer is a host that makes sure attendees have a great viewing experience by controlling the live event stream.
For setting a Producer, you need to follow the next steps:
- Set the ‘Do you want to stream this event’ option as Yes

- Open the client of Teams. Select Calendar, then the live event, and Right Click it.

- Select the View button. And Edit it.

- Click the settings button.

- Select the people or group who you want to live the event as producers. Then they can own the Producer capabilities to live the event.
