Modifying GP Checks

Has anyone been able to modify the Stub/Stub/Check to be like the Stub/Check/Stub - Graphical. I have a client with two different companies and check layouts so we need two stub/check/stub layouts that are slightly different.

    Hi,

    You can do this easily.

1 Use Customization Maintenance to create two package files, one for the Check w stub on top and bottom- graphical and the other for the stub stub check.

    2. Rename the stub check stub package file to stub stub check.package

3 Using notepad, open the stub stub check.package file (the new, renamed file)

    4. Replace "Check With Stub on Top and Bottom - Graphical" with "Check with Two Stubs on Top"

    5. Import the new stub stub check package file.

6 Now your stub stub check will be just like your stub check stub

    Kind regards

    Leslie

    Hi Leslie,

I used this to recreate the Check with Stub on Top to be the same as the Check with Stub on Top and Bottom - Grafical and it runs succesfully. However, I am not able to get the information printed on the stub. I only can see the word "Prepayment" and $0.00 at the end. Can you please help?
