Hi All

when create production error with an transaction after Status is received i notice that my Transaction has an Error so i made another transaction with the same quantity but negative then the status of this transaction is Deducted i notice that i have three transactions not two Transactions one Received , one Deducted , one on order then when i End the Production Order it give me the following Error

How can i Cancel this on Order Transaction?

what do you mean by said"i made another transaction with the same quantity".

Are you create another report as finished journal with negative quantity or what ?

one Production Order has 3 Transaction.

production line reference means this transaction is the picking list, not the finished product.

so I think you are made picking list and reverse it (received and deducted is marking)

so please check the finished product as below and feed back

I think you have 3 picking list journal, please check picking list journal also

I Checked the finished Product and found one line that has status Received

and Picking list has 3 Picking list as you say.

you can delete the unposted picking list journal (on order will be delete)

Hi Walid,

You haven't consumed all the materials for that particular production order. I assume it happened when you posted negative quantity with BOM consumption enabled and reversed all deducted materials. Therefore you now have 3 transaction "Deducted/Received and On order".

Select your production order, click "View" tab from top action pane "Journals" - "Picking list", when the form opens from top action pane select "Picking list" drop down menu and click "Create lines" with proposal "Remaining Quantity". Make sure all your materials are picked before you post the journal.

It should update production order "remaining status" to reported as finish/route consumption.

Hi Viesturs

after do what you tell me i face the following error

Quantity 36.93 cannot be updated with inventory reference Prod. picking list journal because inventory transactions with status On order, Reserved ordered, Reserved physical or Picked are insufficient.

Is there any solution for that?
