Defining account level customer types in CRM

We are exploring the use of Dynamics as a CRM and sales management tool for our construction technology startup.  We want the ability to segment our accounts based on the type of customer they are - i.e. General Contractor, Specialty Contractor, Owner/Developer, etc.  Is there a field that can easily be customized so that we can predefine a list of drop down options for this field?   If so, how do I access, define and activate this field so that is visible at the account level in the Customer Engagement platform?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi verficoemily,

It would be better to use Relationship Type for that purpose

You can add these options in the column by accessing the table from 'make.poweraapps.com' > Solutions > Default solution > Table > Account > Columns
