. We have found information in the customer maintenance screen missing email address and salesperson ID and territory ID information.

Are they random or are they all part of the same class? Someone could have rolled something down wrong? Where is the e-mail address located that you are missing>

Do you have any third party products or a customization? How about a trigger on the customer master table? Perhaps a user who likes to delete data? I would try reducing access to that screen and see if the problem goes away.
