dynamics 365 feedback reports & Microsoft Teams calls with conversation intelligence

Recently started with a new organisation and they have asked me to investigate if it possible to use Microsoft Teams calls with conversation intelligence to created a feedback report (using the out of the box table), is this possible? From my understanding of the schema  it looks like i would need to link a case to the call which would then link to the feedback report itself?
 
is that correct?
