Inaccessible Order

I was allocating to an order and GP tripped out and kicked me out. When I logged back in I could not access the order because it said another user was editing the order. So we had everyone in the company get out and we restarted everything but it is still saying someone is editing the order and no one can get into it. Please help.

    Follow this guide from Microsoft:
     
     
    The transaction you're trying to open is locked in either the SY00800/801 tables or the temp tables. Following this guide will clear that out and you'll be able to get into it again.
