Sales Contract Data

Posted on by 15

I need to extract the Sales and purchase contract data out of AX, but I'm getting conflicting data from the reports to the extract. I'm in Sales Contracts, this gives rise to the top part of the screen, my header details and the lower part of the screen, the initial commodity line requirements and subsequent movements. Currently, all I want to do is extract the open order header data and link it to the single line data below, ignoring the movements.

The version is AX2009. I'm sat at the bottom of a Rabbit hole presently as I can't accurately identify 'open orders' or the single line of the original quantity from the tables.

Can anyone help me, please? Once I have done this I need the same for the Purchase ledger.

Thanks

Alan

    Hi Ludwig

It would appear that this is a completely bespoke module. I have managed through data minig and review to pirce together a query that on the fac of it pulls out the information i require. So at this point I think the problem has gone away. Thankyou for your response though it was appreciated.

    Kind Regards

    Alan

I agree with Lugwig, there were sales blanket orders in AX2009 but "Contracts" would either be an ISV add-on or a development.

How are you trying to extract? What are the table names?

    Hi Alan,

When you say sales and purchase contract data do you refer to something that has been modified in your system?

Can you possibly share some screenprints and / or additional information on those contract data that you want to extract?

In addition, what does extract mean? Do you need an Excel export or a report or something else?

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig
