I am working with my company laptop (domain: ABC) on a client network (domain: FDC).
I don't actually know where the problem is, but everytime i login in to the environment of hrm.
It asks me multiple time to login. I logon to the crm environment with FDC\'myUserName'.

What could be going wrong, it had the same problem on all the browsers.

Did you add the url to trusted websites in IE?

Otherwise your problem is located in the ADFS settings.

i tried to add it to the local intranet, but i cant add it to the trusted websites IE.

Because it has an prefix of http and not https ??

Local intranet should do it as well.

But you should be able to override the HTTPS requirement, by allowing http. It’s a checkfield in the bottom.

But since you added it to local intranet.. your problem is serverwise on the ADFS server.

And how to solve this then ?

I didnt click the checkbox yet and didnt add it.

So if i add it to the site to local intranet, i dont get any option to add sites, but 4 checkboxes (use these setting below to  ... )

Sounds like an adfs configuration issue, if you attempt to auth with a user in the same domain as the crm server, do you get the same prompts?

im not sure about cross domain authentication, but I've seen many issues with it, such as, local intranet being required, DNS needs to be configured very well.

check all your certs and everything and verify it works in the resource domain before attempting to try and get it working in a user domain.

Hope this helps set you in the right direction

    -It can be SPN issue.

-If it is claims and IFD configured make sure the setting is right

-try and login from a different client machine if this prompt comes only from the server then it is loop back happening and we can add a registry to fix that.

i have  no control over the company's server settings... i work there as a consultant.

Can this be solved on my laptop withouth touching the server side settings.

unless its a client configuration issue, I would expect not.

if you have a user in the resource domain (the one with CRM) can you try and log into CRM see if the same occurs?

-okay from ur laptop, I can see that you are in an external network and trying to access CRM which is in different domain.

-Thus add this URL to trusted sites check the HTTPS setting and add the site. (if the site is https://<URL> or else no need to check https setting)

-Click on custom level button ---> go to the  bottom --> check automatic login with current user and password

-which domain the CRM server is present ABC or FDC ?

-as the username you are typing should be like <CRMdomainname\username>

-check with other CRM users if they are having same issue too logging in if not then it is not server side issue but specific to your machine or user account.
