    Hi Muhammad,

Is the date 8/3 in this case 8 March or 3 August?

If it is March, it is related to having a date in a weekend. The exchange rate provider from the CEB does not have exchange rates.in a weekend.

It has been a while ago, but I thought all currency pairs that are in the exchange rate type, but noy in the provider will generate a warning, indicating that you have to review them manually. This is valid for CNY and USD.

For the EUR and DKK you need to check if the date was March or August. If it was August, you need to verify if e.g. a proxy server or firewall is blocking traffic.

Otherwise you can try to download the file with exchange rates manually and check if there might be an entry missing for DKK. Never experienced missing entries before.

    Hi Muhammad,

If it never worked at this location before, it is likely related to the proxy settings. When we found out it was not working I asked a network engineer to monitor this traffic. I don't know which tools were used, we then only got the result that it was blocked by the proxy as AX did not add the user information when starting the communication.

You can ask someone at the customer or in your organization to do some monitoring on network traffic.

Probably SysInternals tools can help you. technet.microsoft.com/.../default

    Hi Muhammad,

First you can check if you are able to access the xml file on the internet yourself, by copying the URL from the data provider.

If this is working, you can create a new empty exchange rate type and try to use the provider including the setting to create currency pairs. Try to set a date range so it can try to find rates for several days. (The maximum is 30 or 31 days, but 4-5 days would be sufficient).

If this is not working, for sure the internet connection is blocked somewhere... If you can access it yourself but AX won't retrieve anything it should be related to proxy or firewall settings. Probably anti virus software can also block network traffic.

    Hi Muhammad,

I think the best you can do is work together with a network engineer to find out why it is not getting the information from the internet on the production machine(s). The network is the only reason. The data provider should work without issues if the internet is accessible.

    Hi All,

    Thanks for reply André,

Issue is solve. Issue was data due to wrong  currency setup that's why exchange rate not imported in Ax.
