I am new to Dynamics, How can we get tracking on emails ? I don't know where to find the customer insights tool? I read about it in blogs but can't find it.
Hi, In my experience, Customer Insights refers to Customer Insights Journey/Data in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 product family.Is this the product you are referring to when you mention Customer Insights?
