Hello, 
 
I am new to Dynamics,  How can we get tracking on emails ? I don't know where to find the customer insights tool? I read about it in blogs but can't find it.

    In my experience, Customer Insights refers to Customer Insights Journey/Data in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 product family.Is this the product you are referring to when you mention Customer Insights?

    In addition, we also find the documentation which is related to /Email Tracking/ in Dynamics 365.
