Morning all!

We use AX 2012 R3, we have matched respective payments to their invoices, but when I run the vend statement report and I click on show open only, it still brings details of the matched ones. But on d vendor transactions, if i click on show open only, it brings only the unmatched ones. What could cause this? Thanks!

Hi Dammy,

Have you provided the Assessment date on the report? This will manage to show the transactions as open or closed on that date. It will look at the settlement date for these invoices. If no date provided or a date in the past (compared to the transactions) it will indeed show the invoices as open.

Hi Andre ,

I am also facing the related issue..

If i am generating a vendor account statement it showing a different opening balance not matched with last closing date..

For Example:

Date

01.04.2015 5000

28.04.2015 -2000

30.04.2015 8000

Closing Balance ---11000

As per statement when generating report system is not showing correct balance .

can you suggest me what is the reason behind it ?
