free gift card/discount with restriction on second purchase

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to issue free gift cards/ fixed amount of discount under condition one item is bought in transaction one, and the discount can be issued after spending an x amount of money in the next transaction? 

We would like to issue the gift card/ discount code through the POS operations.

    Hi,

    You can use Threshold discount from AX Retail to manage this functionality and setting up discount coupon. But you may not able to control this with tender types.

    Go through following link for Discount coupon
