I have a glitch in my aging reports in GP. I should have no balance as the GL is correct and balanced, and the Smartlist quick aging report showed no balance as well. The historical aging report showed a balance because it didn't record a payment even though it posted the correct entry. I tried to post a payment and return to correct it but no the quick aging report shows a negative balance and the historical aging report shows no balance.
Its definitely a glitch in the system, but I was hoping to figure out a way to set it right. Any help?
