How To Force a Higher Price on a Customer Over a Discount?

Greetings dears,

I'm new to Commerce and I'm still learning.

I'm trying to achieve a scenario as following:

Product: P1 with base price $100

Simple discount: 20% off in Houston channel (Using a price group PG1).

Now P1 price is $80 (after simple discount 20%)

Customer: C1 Should buy the P1 with $101 price (Higher price which i'm unable to achive)

Trade Agreement: TA1 has the P1 item with $101 price on a 2nd price group PG2

on Customer C1: Under Sales order fast tab, in "Price" field, I selected the 2nd price group PG2 which includes the trade agreement with higher price.

Now after testing, the issue is the discount still applies so the price I'm getting is $80.8 (which is 20% off the higher price $101)

How to force the higher price on a specific customer? (I want to remove the discount and apply the trade agreement higher price)

Any advice is appreciated !

It's not possible. The pricing and discount functionality will always find the lowest price applicable to the customer. You would have to do an extension to override the logic in some way
