Showing Negative Value in Inventory Interim Account

Hello to all, 

I am using navision 2016, i found a negative balance in inventory interim account in chart of account. when i click on balance it shows so many transaction with debit and credit amount. Please suggest me as soon as possible.

    Hi Munish,

    Thanks for response.

    I want clear interim account balance in chart of account, because of this am facing the difference between inventory valuation report and gl account.i want to match the balance of valuation report and chart of account.

    Does this account have direct posting enable ?

    Have you executed the adjust cost batch.

    Direct posting is not enable and not executed the adjust cost batch.

    Hi Paras,

    as suggested, please run the 'Adjust Cost - Item Entries' batch job. This might be one of your issues. Secondly, have a look if you have all your sales shipments invoiced, as this would create positive balance in the interim account.

    Then the last thing you need to do is a reconciliation of negative and positive values.
