Not seeing the Field Service tab on the customer service case form. Convert to Work Order is there but not the tab that should have the incident picker.
Missing Field Service Tab on Customer Service Case Form
Hi Partner,
In Customer Service app, the only case main form used defaults to 'case for interactive experience'.
If you want to see 'Field service' tab on the case form, you should use another main forms--Case, which can show 'Field service' tab:
-Refer to the following step to add the form to customer service app:
Or you can customize 'case for interactive experience' form to add custom tab named with 'Field Service' and add two fields onto it.
