Connection error in PowerApps of power automate, "Connection not configured for this service" Error

Hello Team,

Can you help with power apps because we are getting High-level issues?

Our issue :

>We have one power app and there is one button. Onclick of a button I am calling power automate.
>Important is when I am deploying a solution from one environment to another environment, after completing the deployment open power apps and there is a click button that shows one error(e.g.: /Connection not configured for this service/ Error when trying to execute a flow . Run command.).
>This issue occurs with other users, If I am doing deployment and I click a button then will not show an error, but if that is a shared app with other users then they click a button then show an error.

How can I solve this problem?

Any kind of help is highly appreciated.

Thank You

Have you been able to get a response from anyone regarding this error? I too am having the same issue. The exact same scenario you described.

I’ve looked at forums as far back as 2020 and there does not seem to be a definitive solution to solve this (as far as I can tell), although it has been posted quite a few times.

I can only hope someone can provide a much needed resolution.

Any news here? I'm facing this issue since August and no way of resolution worked for me....

    Hello,

We previously encountered this situation as well.

We fixed it by assigning the "App Opener" security role to the default org team via the Power Platform Admin Center.

Environments > Your Target Environment > Settings > Teams
    1. Look for your default business unit team
    2. Manage Security Roles
    3. Add the App Opener security role

The App opener security role has "Organization level" read access to the "Process" table/entity (Dataverse system table) which is somehow required in the target environment, for normal users to trigger flows from power apps. Strangely, this is not required in the source environment.

Another (bad) way of fixing this is by directly editing the app in the target environment, and refreshing all the flows inside the app. Then save and publish the app. This creates an unmanaged solution layer which is undesirable. Also, we would have to do this every time an update is pushed into the target environment...

Anyway, let me know if this worked for you!

We saw the same error when moving a flow triggered by a canvas app to another environment. The security role already had Read access to Process.

Our error was resolved by removing something on the the data area of the canvas app.
I did not get a screenshot of what had been there, and I don't see it on the other environment.
This is what remains after the correction:

    Hi,

I faced similar issue and the proposed solution in this thread resolved it for me.

    1.
Add the "App Opener" security role to the root BU Team/Parent BU Team.

    2.
Add users/team or security group as co-owner of the cloud flows.

These steps are the only ones that resolved it for me, despite the many other proposed solutions on various forums.

As a site note, I only faced this issue for Cloud Flows using the Power Apps V2 connector.
