Communication with the server failed

Good morning, after a bad installation of dynamics nav 2015, the EDP manager has made a restore of the previous version and from that moment the web client after the login with Windows credential displays the operation buttons but doesn't work. when I press one of the buttons displays a message "communication with the server failed". I've already reinstalled IIS, the web client and the ssl certificate (not self signed). Everything seems correct, but the web client still throws the error. Any help is really appreciate.
Thanks

So you can login into the webclient but cannot work is that correct ? Is there any message in the Event Viewer after you get that error?

Try to restart the NAV Server.

Hi, thanks for reply. Yes, I can login but then the communication with server fails. Restarted the NAV server more times but with no luck. Event viewer has no record from NAV server or asp.net

How much free memory is on the server? Ensure other processes are not eating up full memory available. Web-client requires some. Re-registering asp.net might also help...

Thanks, I've seen the post on community about the memory. The server has been restarted to free memory and now has about the 70% free, but the problem still persists.
