No KB Article Template available when creating a KB Article from Template

Hi,
I have created a few KB Article Templates today, saved and activated them. But when I then go to create a new KB Article, and choose the '+ New From Template' button, I dont get a list of templates to choose from and I'm not sure what the problem could be. Would anyone have any suggestions?

    Hi Partner,
    When ii click the '+ New From Template' button, the following dialog will be shown:
    1.You can't see the 'Select Knowledge Article Template' pop-ups?
    --If so, you may need check this button.
    Or does the field for selecting the article template show 'No records found'?
    --If so, you can click 'Advanced lookup', open one dialog to switch other views to check templates:

    Thanks for your response. I cant see the pop-up when I click the + New from Template button, nothing happens.

    It's so strange.
    Are the buttons the same on both the view screen and the form screen? Popups won't show up?
    I suggest you create a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure.
