AX email approval solution without using Azure for internal users

Posted on by 5

We need to implement the AX email approval solution without using Azure for our internal users. I have seen the document using Azure service bus. But need an on premises solution without azure service bus.

Appreciate your support on this.

    Hi dennisdr2007,

Out of the box, there is no solution for email approval without the setup using Azure Service Bus. What is the reason why you don't want to use this?

An alternative might be an ISV solution, but I'm not aware of any or do customizations yourself.

    Hi dennisdr2007,

Can you please provide some more details about the approval solution you refer to? What needs to be approved and where? From whom? Etc.?

Some additional information about this requirement would help.

    Many thanks,

    Ludwig
