In the process of upgrading (basically implementing new) from CRMv8 Update 1.1 On-Premise to Dynamics 365v9 Online (with PSA and Field Service). Cloud partner with individually tracked subscribers in the CSP portal. We are trying to track individual subscribers (_contacts who are associated with an _account) internally in such a way that it is synchronized with the CSP portal's way tracking subscribers.
Does anyone have any experience with the Cloud Service Provider (CSP) API integration?

PS we're also using Agreements at the account level. What modifications would you recommend we make in Field Service to support this integration?
