Can I access project task with team member license

Posted on by

Hi,

A customer is having few Proj Ops Team member license and 20 FUll user license. He is trying to view the Project Task screen with team member license but unable to do that. It is only visible with full user license. Is it possible for a team member to get readonly access to the task screen (same look and feel like full user) ?

Also If I have a full user license will I be able to see the team member app in dataverse and access that?

any idea on this will be very helpful! pastedimage1648120148310v1.png

Thanks

Hi Talent, always check with a partner or Microsoft to be sure you are respecting the agreement.

Also note, that Team Members must use the Team Member app and not the full PO one (they need to use a different one as per lastest changes).

I think that In order to view the list of all projects tasks, you would need the full ProjOps license.

You can add Project Task entity to navigation in the Project Team Member app.

Worth taking a look at this: daytodaydynamics365.com/faster-time-entries-in-project-operations-automatically-filling-the-time-entry-grid and other articles on the blog written by apa .
