Date/Time update in Excel dynamic workbook not working

Hello!

I am not sure if my issue was already discussed, I apologize if so, I was not able to find anything relevant to my issue.

I exported some data to a dynamic excel worksheet, the data update works fine with one exception: the values of when the records have been created disappears after refreshing,. I assume it is because Excel cannot recognize the date and time in the cell. Is there a way to format this so that it only shows the date or can I format the cell in a way that is recognizes the date and time value after refreshing? I attached a screenshot for better understanding. Thanks so much for your help, guys, I appreciate it!

This is after the export:      An after:

Screenshot-2021_2D00_07_2D00_09-141356.pngScreenshot-2021_2D00_07_2D00_09-141446.png The error shown: Dates and Times that are negative or too large show as ####

The cell seems to be formated as Date and time Screenshot-2021_2D00_07_2D00_09-141621.png, but it does not show a date even if I try to format it as date.

Thanks so much,

    Hi,

    Thank you for your query.

Increase the width of the column, it will show the value.

Initially, when you export due to less width it shows masked DateTime value:

But when we increase the width, it shows the actual DateTime value:

    Hi,

Thanks so much for your answer. Do I need to make sure the field is wide enough right after exporting the data? After the next refresh, the outcome is always the same, even when I increase the width of the field. Is there something else I can do to prevent this?

    Thanks!

    Hi Maddy,

    I have the same issue.

Have you managed to solve it?

Increasing the width of the column didn´t solve it

You can change the format type of the column to short date as shown in below screenshot.
