Can not see traveling time on Schedule board

I believe I set all required settings for scheduling But I can not see traveling time bar on Schedule boards.

I already checked required settings, also "Travel duration settings flag" into Schedule board settings.
Seems, on "distance" and "Travel time" of Booking doesn't calculate, though Service Accounts, and Contacts that related Bookable resource has completed address and GEO data.
When I input manually to "distance" and "Travel time" of booking , schedule board display the travel time.
Therefore issue is occurring the calculate of traveling time, I guess.
It's having a bug right now?

Sounds like a bug, I would open a support ticket.

Hi, Thank you for your reply.

I tried drag and drop, and other operations , but same results. And I never replace to Bing maps anywhere.

That resource and the resource requirement can display as pin on map.

Are you using Schedule Assistant or drag&drop? And can you check your settings under Resources>Scheduling Parameter>"Auto Update Booking Travel" and "Connect to Maps"? And I assume you haven't replaced Bing Maps as the mapping provider?

Can you also click on both the desired resource and the resource requirement to make sure they are correctly displayed on the map?
