Workflow doesn't update Yes/No field

Hi everyone,

recently i've created a very simple workflows that upon confirming certain thing, at the end should go and update Yes/No field.

However, all previous steps are checked and successfully executed, but when i gets to the step where it tells to update the filed, nothing happens.

The workflow runs Successfully, but the update Yes/No filed is no executed for some reason.

I hope someone may have an idea what might be happening or i'm missing something obvious.

PS: I've even tries to add a Timeout condition of 1 minute before the process kicks in to be sure that both date and time fields (First Response Send On and Last Response Send On) are update, which are getting updated the moment the email is send successfully from CRM.

    Hello Kiril,

    Reviewing your post, I noticed that primary entity for workflow is Email.

    Apparently you are trying to update an email record when it is read-only due to:

    statecode 1 Completed
    statuscode 3 Sent

    My suggestion would be to audit this change and confirm if you are trying to modify something on the email record when is possible yet:

    statecode 0 Open
    statuscode 1 Draft

    Hi,

    The reason why two option fiels not getting update is in your workflow last if conditon is not satisfied that is why it is not goin to next block to update field.

    Check last if condition and verify if that is correct.

    Also, just to be sure you can remove last if condition and you shuld be able to update field. Problem is with last condition.

    Create copy of same workflow and try.

    Hi Gustavo,

    im actually updating the case associated with the email, not the email itself.

    The filed is on the case form (it is Yes/No type)
